monday blues

After a long day of work it just feels great to just plop on a couch. My Monday was ok i just feel that we really should even things out and have at least three days to rest and four to work. I mean who thought about ONLY having two days to rest when you've worked five. That just doesn't make any sense right?

Isn't wonderful how a pair of shoe's can lighten even the worse day. I really appreciate you guys reading my blog because I am a new bee. I'm enjoy reading all of your blogs as well. Hope we all have a great week :)

Innocence

i absolutely adore this dress it really makes me feel ultra feminine. The pink and black just goes great. The style of this dress definitely takes me back to the 1920's.

i was thinking on wearing this dress to my brothers wedding this month but i don't know what do you think?

 i found this dress at a small boutique in down town L.A a couple of years ago and have been saving it for a special occasion.

I def.love these shoes for being soo comfy and also for being very versitile. The color makes it pretty easy to match.

Lately although its summer I have opted on wearing nail polish not as bright as I would usually. This gold nail polish is great because its not too bright.

This place was soo peaceful and gorgeous.

I had an AMAZING time in Hawaii. I honestly wish I could live in the Islands. The weather was amazing and everyone is so friendly. The romper I wore on my second day was perfect because it was comfy and cute : ) 

 

 

 

Girls night out : )

On friday night I went out with my dearest friend and we had our sex in the city night out. Soo much fun hanging out in Old Town Pasadena. We had dinner at a nice restaurant www.mipiace.com where we enjoyed our dinner and hung out at the bar. After that we decided to randomly go to a bar that had samba. Man as soon as we knew it we where shaking our behinds to the sounds of the drums.
Had such an awesome night!!

I decided to accessorize it with a gold braided belt and gold jessica simpson wedges. I was also wearing one of my favorite rings, I bought it at the melrose flea market. I have an honest obsession for rings no joke.  

golden years

As I have mentioned before I work with seniors. And during the past couple of years I have learned a great deal from them. These are definately not your average grandma and grandpa. They can get super mean,and the men well some will never change(harmless pervs), but for the most part very sweet and have soooo much insight on life. This lady in the picture has become a friend she is 101 years old and does everything on her own. She is an example of indurance and strength. She gets up every morning takes a bath, fixes her hair and never ever misses putting on her rossy pink lipstick. I hope that as I age I look half as good as her.  This weekend will be 4th of July I hope everyone has fun and is safe. As for me I have no big plans aside from eating lots, and having fun.
